This review is from: 18" Carbon Steel Wok Kit (Lawn & Patio) One of the reasons it is difficult to get that restaurant-quality stirfry taste is that it requires extremetly high heat, not typically available on even the best cooktops. This burner delivers the necessary punch. The wok is good quality, but it is soooooooo big, and I prefer the woks with one long handle.
